Eligible Hong Kong enterprises can submit applications to carry out projects for branding, upgrading and/or development sales in the FTA markets. Some examples that fall within the scope of the Mainland Programme are listed as follow:

- Branding
- Upgrading & Restructuring Enterprises
- Marketing Promotion

Funding Ceiling (Per Project): HKD1,000,000 (matching basis or 50% of the project expenditure)
Maximum Entries: 40 projects
Application Procedures: Application and approval are needed prior to project start..
Target Markets: Mainland, Macau, the markets of ASEAN (i.e. Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam), Australia, Chile, the four member states of the European Free Trade Association (i.e. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), Georgia, and New Zealand.
